Job Purpose

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, is seeking an Associate Product Associate to join the ICE Global Network (IGN) product team based in London. The IGN offers unique content, delivery, and execution services through a highly secure and resilient network. The team manages connectivity services including colocation, hosting, content access, and wireless solutions. This role provides an opportunity to be at the heart of the fast-paced IGN business.

Job Description

The Associate Product Associate will support the global product team managing the suite of IGN solutions. They will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, including market analysis, business case development, go-to-market strategies, business-as-usual activities, industry monitoring, and innovation. The role involves collaboration with internal teams (engineering, billing, reporting) and external partners (customers, vendors). This position offers exposure to financial markets, focusing on trading infrastructure for algorithmic trading, including data centers, networks, telecommunications, trading platforms, and market data.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, electronic trading ecosystems, and ICE Global Network offerings.
• Support operational tasks essential for daily business management, such as vendor billing review, report building, and data analysis.
• Coordinate external notifications to customers regarding product updates.
• Analyze and reconcile customer billing, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update documentation in collaboration with legal and marketing teams.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports to identify trends and post-mortem analyses following product launches.
• Ensure internal product documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage ad-hoc projects, collaborating with internal teams and partners, tracking progress, and escalating risks as needed.

Knowledge and Experience

• University degree in technology, engineering, or business preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with multiple teams.
