We are seeking Associate Principal AI Data Scientists passionate about agentic AI and multi-agent systems to transform drug development processes. In the PT&D department, you will play a key role in converting molecules into innovative medical treatments. PT&D specializes in developing advanced synthetic routes, drug formulations, and delivery technologies to ensure efficacy, safety, and quality.

Your responsibilities include applying data science expertise to global pharmaceutical development projects, supporting the transformation of medicine delivery, and shaping our AI strategy with the development of sophisticated HITL multi-agent systems.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems, digital twins, agentic AI, reinforcement learning.
• Experience with AI and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Experience with reinforcement learning libraries like OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib, or Stable Baselines.
• Experience in applied machine learning domains such as deep learning, NLP, GenAI.
