Carriera Limited in London is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a 16-strong project management team. You will work across a diverse portfolio, delivering from feasibility to completion with autonomy and direct client exposure.

The role offers a clear path toward Partnership and a broad mix of industrial, retail, education, healthcare and commercial projects. A strong consultancy background and MRICS/MCIOB qualifications are advantageous.

Competenze

• Breadth of experience across sectors and project types is essential.
• Strong consultancy-side project management experience is required.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects is desirable.
• New-build project experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to cut-and-carve or complex refurbishment is beneficial.
• Ability to independently lead projects and manage clients is important.
• Strong commercial, contractual and procurement knowledge is valuable.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from inception through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Act as principal point of contact for clients.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
• Develop programmes, budgets and project delivery strategies.
• Manage procurement and tender processes.
• Chair project and progress meetings.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and delivery risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and repeat instructions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership toward Partnership.
