Ethan James Group, a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, seeks an Associate Project Manager to strengthen their team across commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential sectors. Day-to-day project delivery from inception to completion; develop management strategy; chair meetings; maintain client relationships; lead teams.

Requires a relevant construction degree, strong negotiation and ability to manage multiple projects.

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.

Role & Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager:

• Day-to-day delivery of projects from inception to completion
• Developing the project management strategy and delivery
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects
• Attending and chairing meetings
• Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships
• Team management
