HM Revenue & Customs is seeking an Associate Platform Owner within the Enterprise Cloud Services team. Based in Leeds, Manchester or Telford, you will manage platform stability, scalability and alignment with business goals while balancing feature delivery with risk and debt management.

You will lead efforts on incident resolution, platform performance, and security/compliance, working with partners across product and platform teams to deliver value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Awareness of ITIL v4 practices.
• Experience in a managed service operating model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform roadmap with risk management.
• Prioritise resolving technical debt and defects to support stability and security.
• Lead incident and problem resolution for platform incidents.
• Monitor platform performance and implement optimisations.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across the platform.
