Job summary

HM Revenue and Customs invites applications for a senior leadership role to define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for our enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). The role spans multiple UK locations and offers flexible, hybrid working to support secure, scalable, reusable integration services.

You will lead platform governance, adoption, and delivery, work with engineering and security leaders, and use data and stakeholder insights to drive measurable value across government.

Qualifications

Experience delivering iPaaS in large enterprise environments with governance and roadmaps.
Strong understanding of API-led, event-driven and hybrid integration approaches.
Ability to translate customer value into platform investments and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver vision, strategy and roadmap for the enterprise integration platform.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security and delivery leaders to ensure secure, scalable integrations.
Drive platform governance, adoption models and investment decisions.
Lead development of platform capabilities and standards to enable federated delivery teams.
