Carter Jonas LLP in Bristol is seeking an Associate Partner/Development Surveyor to join our growing planning and development team. You will lead strategic land advice, client development and fee generation across Bristol, Gloucestershire and Somerset, working with Planning and Development partners to grow the team.

The role requires RICS chartered status, post-qualification experience in development consultancy, and strong skills in development appraisals, advisory and valuation.

Qualifikationen

• RICS chartered surveyor with post-qualification experience in development consultancy.
• Experience in development appraisals, advisory and disposal work.
• Able to provide written option assessments and transactional advice.
• Proficient in Argus Developer (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Disposal and acquisition of strategic land and development opportunities.
• Advise on planning and development strategies, including formal reports and alternatives analysis.
• Undertake development appraisal work, including identification of opportunities.
• Provide valuation advice on land and property assets, including financial appraisal of sites.
• Support negotiation of development agreements (promotion, option, JV, and contracts).
• Assist with major residential-led mixed-use development schemes.
