Job summary

Beach Baker is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor at Associate Partner level to join its London team. This senior role blends hands-on surveying with client leadership and business development, offering a pathway to influence the growth of the Building Consultancy.

You will manage key client relationships, lead significant projects, mentor junior surveyors, and help win new instructions while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification with strong post-qualification Building Surveying experience.
• Technical strength across a range of professional and/or project services.
• Comfortable managing clients and instructions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new instructions and fee growth.
• Lead significant Building Surveying projects.
• Support the development of the Building Consultancy team.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the London business.
