• MRICS status as a Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong consultancy side Building Surveying experience across commercial and residential property
• Experience dealing directly with clients and managing professional relationships
• Proactive business development and ability to grow client accounts
• Ability to manage instructions independently and contribute to a growing team

Responsabilidades

• Client management: build and maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high standards of service
• Business development: identify opportunities and secure new instructions
• Mentoring and APC guidance: support junior team members in their APC journey
• Project and workload management: own instructions and ensure timely delivery
• Team contribution: collaborate across the multidisciplinary practice to offer additional services
