• MRICS status as Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Strong consultancy experience in commercial and residential property.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and managing relationships.
• Proactive business development mindset with training provided.
• Ability to manage instructions independently and support APC journey.

Responsibilities
