Job summary

The role focuses on leading mechanical design across commercial, education, residential, and specialist environments, with hybrid working in Winchester.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business growth and maintaining high standards of delivery across RIBA

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in mechanical building services design.
• Experience leading projects and teams.
• Chartered or working towards IEng or CEng status.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering teams delivering design projects at concept through detailed stages.
• Act as lead engineer for mechanical building services design.
• Manage project delivery, risk and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client meetings.
