Job summary

Source Group International is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to improve delivery consistency, quality and accountability across a multi-team technology environment in Wealth Management. You will coach teams, establish pragmatic delivery practices and provide oversight of progress, risks and dependencies within a hybrid UK-based role.

The role focuses on strengthening planning, prioritisation and execution while adopting AI-assisted development approaches with proper governance

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple technology teams or workstreams.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills to improve team performance without direct authority.
• Credible hands-on delivery background with knowledge of Agile and Lean practices.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
• Ability to establish governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical teams and senior leadership.
• Hands-on delivery experience with either Avaloq or Temenos systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to improve delivery consistency, quality and accountability across a multi-team technology environment in Wealth Management.

The role combines delivery leadership, hands-on coaching and operational oversight, helping teams strengthen planning, prioritisation, collaboration and execution. You will establish practical delivery standards, provide visibility of progress and risks, and step into individual teams where additional support is needed.

You will also support the adoption of emerging AI-assisted software development approaches, helping teams evolve their delivery practices while maintaining appropriate governance and quality standards.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple technology teams or workstreams.

• A credible hands-on delivery background, with strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, delivery risks and competing priorities.
• Ability to establish effective governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams and senior leadership.
• Hands on delivery experience with either Avaloq OR Temenos systems

Desirable Experience

• Experience in enterprise technology, platform engineering or data environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and evolving engineering practices.
• Experience delivering technology within a regulated or complex enterprise environment.
