About the Role:

Nicholas Scott are working with a prestigious international law firm seeking an ambitious associate to join its London-based Infrastructure Finance team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions involving some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising lenders, sponsors, and governments on the structuring and financing of complex infrastructure projects (PPP, renewable energy, transportation, digital infrastructure, etc.)
• Drafting and negotiating finance documents, including loan agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security packages
• Collaborating closely with cross-practice teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Contributing to client development and knowledge initiatives within the firm

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• 2–5 years of relevant PQE at a leading international or top-tier UK law firm
• Strong background in project finance, infrastructure, or structured finance
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage client relationships and take on increasing responsibility
