• Construction lawyer with 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Extensive non-contentious transactional construction experience.
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and advising on various construction agreements, including Framework Agreements, Construction Management, Design and Build Contracts, EPC, JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
• Understanding of PFI and PPP projects.
• Legal expertise in project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects such as residential, commercial, retail, industrial, logistics, and land regeneration.
• Experience with energy infrastructure projects like Data Centres, Gas and Electricity Transmission, EV Charging Systems, and LNG projects is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
