Penguin Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an Associate Hydrogeologist to lead hydrogeology and water environment projects across infrastructure, renewables and built environment sectors. You will take responsibility for project and technical delivery, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid working, career development and a discretionary bonus, with a salary between £55,000 and £65,000, plus benefits such as pension and private medical insurance.

Formación

• Substantial UK hydrogeology or water environment experience.
• Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geoscience or a related discipline.
• Strong hydrogeological assessment and water monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of UK water legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical reporting, client and communication skills.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• A driving licence permitting you to drive in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Leading hydrogeological assessments, investigations and monitoring programmes.
• Preparing and reviewing EIA water chapters.
• Water environment assessments, abstraction licensing and groundwater permitting.
• Technical analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Managing client relationships and supporting proposals.
• Leading multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Mentoring and developing scientists and hydrogeologists.
