Qualifications

• Degree in Geology or related discipline.
• MSc in Hydrogeology or equivalent experience desirable.
• Strong hydrogeology, groundwater or water resources background.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and guidance.
• Excellent communication, report writing and project management skills.
• Experience within a consultancy environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrogeology and flood risk teams across project delivery.
• Oversee workload planning, financial performance and resource management.
• Review and approve technical reports, models and assessments.
• Manage complex groundwater, water resources and flood risk projects.
• Prepare and review fee proposals, budgets and scopes of work.
• Build strong client, stakeholder and regulator relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff.
• Support business growth, innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
