The role involves leading and delivering geotechnical design and analysis for a variety of infrastructure, buildings, and land development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising ground investigations, interpreting geotechnical data, preparing factual and interpretative reports, and developing foundation, retaining wall, slope stability, and ground improvement designs. The Associate will coordinate with structural, civil, and other engineering disciplines, attend design and site meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Additional duties include contributing to proposals, fee estimates, and project planning, supporting quality assurance processes, and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and timely delivery.
