Carrington West is seeking a Senior/Associate Geotechnical Engineer for our London team. You will lead geotechnical design work, collaborate with structural and civil teams, and nurture client relationships across projects ranging from foundations to deep basements.
The role emphasises independent delivery, mentoring, and commercial awareness. You will have MEng or higher and ideally Chartered Engineer status, with strong report writing, budgeting, and proposal experience.

The London office is looking for a Senior to Associate level Geotechnical Engineer to form a key part of a growing geotechnical team. You will work with the Geotechnics Lead to support and grow the team, working closely with the other office disciplines of structural, civil, infrastructure and bridge engineering as well as independent geotechnical consultancy. As such, the nature and type of work will be varied, ranging from the design of foundations and earth structures for temporary works through to the integrated design of deep basements and foundation solutions for tall buildings. Whilst the majority of the work is UK-based, they are an international practice and often work in other geographies. Knowledge and experience of geotechnical work in a more global context would be welcome.
