Job summary

RIDGE SURVEYORS LIMITED is seeking a Senior Associate Fire Engineer to lead fire engineering projects across a varied portfolio, from Formula 1 facilities to heritage buildings. You will work directly with clients and design teams to develop practical, compliant, buildable fire strategies.

You will own project delivery, mentor junior engineers and help shape outcomes across complex consultancy assignments, ensuring delivery from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

Our Senior Fire Engineers lead the delivery of fire engineering projects working directly with clients and design teams to develop practical, compliant and buildable solutions. We are recruiting an Associate who has extensive experience to be part of the design team from day one. You'll work across a genuinely varied portfolio from Formula 1 facilities and heritage museums projects, to university frameworks and complex historic residential buildings. It's the type of work that calls for sound judgement, close collaboration and practical fire strategies. This role can be based in any of our offices.

This is a role for someone who has extensive relevant experience of working at a senior level, confident taking ownership: leading fire strategies, managing delivery, and shaping outcomes across projects. You will help developing solutions that go beyond compliance and support real-world design.
