Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Senior Fire Engineer to join the design team from day one, delivering practical fire strategies for diverse projects—from Formula 1 facilities to heritage buildings. You will own projects, lead fire strategies from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, contractors and approving authorities to deliver buildable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior level Associate with experience delivering fire engineering projects in a consultancy.
• Ability to lead from concept to completion and own projects.
• Strong judgement and ability to produce high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and delivery of fire strategies from concept through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project teams
• Managing project delivery, including programme, scope and quality
• Producing and reviewing technical reports, calculations and analysis
• Engaging with stakeholders including architects, contractors and approving authorities
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
• Contributing to ongoing development of the fire engineering team
