Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP seeks a Senior Fire Engineer Associate to lead fire engineering projects from concept to completion, working with clients and design teams to develop compliant, buildable solutions. The role offers variety across high-profile facilities and heritage builds, with office-based work across our locations.

You will manage programmes, scope and quality, produce technical reports and analyses, mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the fire engineering team

Our Senior Fire Engineers lead the delivery of fire engineering projects working directly with clients and design teams to develop practical, compliant and buildable solutions. We are recruiting an Associate who has extensive experience to be part of the design team from day one. You’ll work across a genuinely varied portfolio from Formula 1 facilities and heritage museums projects, to university frameworks and complex historic residential buildings. It’s the type of work that calls for sound judgement, close collaboration and practical fire strategies. This role can be based in any of our offices.
