Bloomsbury Square Employment Law LLP is seeking three experienced Employment Associates (5+ PQE) to join our boutique firm, with flexibility on location and hybrid working. You will work closely with partners on complex, high-value matters and have opportunity to advance toward partnership.

Role involves advising senior executives, managing own tribunal litigation, and supporting high-value litigation in tribunal and the High Court, with a client base spanning C-suite and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ PQE in employment law.
• Currently at a London, national or highly-rated employment law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercial, confident, and client-focused.
• Ambitious with a clear path to partnership.

Following the recent appointment of three new partners, Bloomsbury Square Employment Law is seeking three experienced Employment Associates (5+ PQE) to join our growing, highly regarded boutique firm.

Due to a continued increase in high-value work, we are now looking for ambitious associates to work closely with our partners and support a sophisticated client base. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for lawyers with partnership aspirations within the next five years.

Our offices are in a beautiful Georgian building on Bloomsbury Square, moments from Holborn and the British Museum, although there is no requirement to be London-based or office-based.

The Role

You will work directly with partners on complex, high-value matters, including:

• Advising senior executives on managed exits, negotiations, and disputes
• Managing own employment tribunal litigation
• Supporting partners on high-value litigation in the tribunal and high court
• Advising on post-termination restrictions, share arrangements on exit and carried interest
• Acting for a diverse and high-calibre client base, including:
• City professionals earning £100,000+ p.a.
• C-Suite executives /FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 executives
• Technology specialists across engineering, product, and data
• Lawyers in US, Magic Circle, and Silver Circle firms
• Insurance and banking professionals
• Supporting a small but expanding employer client base, particularly in the technology and finance sectors

About You

• 5–8 years’ PQE in employment law
• Currently working at a London, national or highly-rated employment law firm
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Commercial, confident, and client-focused
• Experience in representing senior employees is advantageous but not essential
• Ambitious and motivated, with a clear desire to progress to partnership
