We are seeking an experienced Associate - Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Project & Development Services team in London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering technical expertise and project leadership across a wide range of real estate and construction projects, supporting our clients in achieving their business goals through high-performance building systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:Lead and manage electrical engineering elements of building services projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems including power, lighting, life safety, and low voltage infrastructure.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure integrated design solutions.
Support and manage design development, technical specifications, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a client-facing representative of Cushman & Wakefield, maintaining strong relationships and providing trusted advisory services.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the wider PDS team.
Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
