An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Associate Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team in London. About You
We are looking for someone who is a personable self-starter with the ability to project a positive ‘can do’ professional attitude at all times while maintaining good working relationships. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines, establishing excellent rapport within the team, business, and clients, with the ability to work under pressure, handle a varied workload, and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest level of technical excellence.
Primary Objectives
Assist the Group Leader with delivery of projects, with effective use of assisting engineers, maintaining technical quality, professionalism, and completing all design activities to programme. Carry out detailed design and calculations in accordance with industry guides. Oversee project site works snagging and testing. Become an integral part of the design team, taking responsibility and ownership for elements of design production. Support the team’s common goal. Assist the Group Leader with coaching and staff training of engineers in the group.
