Origin Environmental is seeking an Associate Ecologist to lead and deliver ecological projects, provide technical and commercial leadership, and mentor junior staff. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the growth of the ecology team.

You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, engaging with regulators and clients to deliver high-quality outputs across sectors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leadcomplexecologicalconsultancyprojectsfrominceptionthroughtocompletion.
• Providetechnicalandcommercialleadershipacrossarangeofecologicalprojects.
• Manageprojectprogrammes,budgets,risksandresources to ensure delivery.
• Leaddevelop mentandmaintenanceofstrongclientrelationships with regulators and project teams.
• Leadbusinessdevelopmentthroughnetworking,tender/bidmanagement.andidentifying opportunities.
• Mentor,develop and deliver training across the ecology team.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality assurance and professional practice.
