Capio Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Wealth Manager to advance into an Associate Director role in Birmingham. You will manage an inherited HNW portfolio, expand your regional network, and collaborate with discretionary fund management, credit, and trust services to deliver sophisticated wealth solutions.

You will mentor junior team members and demonstrate leadership within an established regional office, supported by a comprehensive multi-disciplinary proposition and digital advisory

Qualifications

• Level 6 CII (Chartered Financial Planner) or Level 7 CISI Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.
• Substantial client-facing experience advising high-net-worth individuals.
• Deep technical understanding of holistic wealth planning and tax/retirement structures.
• Strong relationship management with commercial acumen and ability to present a business development plan.

Responsabilités

• Manage and advise an inherited portfolio of high-net-worth clients with immediate ownership.
• Develop and deliver targeted business development strategies in the regional professional community.
• Collaborate with discretionary fund management, credit, and trust services to access institutional solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior wealth team members to strengthen leadership in the regional office.
