You will manage instructions end-to-end, produce client-focused advice, mentor colleagues, and contribute to growth across the valuation practice in London.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified surveyor with a strong grounding in valuation.
• Commercially minded with confidence dealing directly with clients.
• Mentoring or supporting colleagues is beneficial.
• Ambitious with scope to build profile in London valuation.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation instructions from engagement to completion.
• Produce high-quality valuation reports and client advice.
• Review work to maintain technical standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships with professional advisers.
• Support and develop less experienced colleagues.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and generate new instructions.
