Job summary

Turner & Townsend's AMCL UK&I team seeks an ambitious Associate Director to lead growth in transport asset management. You’ll shape strategic client engagements, drive value from assets and guide delivery across the transport sector.

With a strong consultancy background, you’ll build trusted executive relationships, mentor teams and expand existing client accounts while positioning AMCL as a market leader in asset management across rail, highways and ports.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the transport sector
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements
• Strong client relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Leading major client commissions, with accountability for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, commercial performance and profitability.
• Acting as Engagement Director for complex programmes and strategic advisory engagements across the transport sector.
• Building trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership teams, becoming a valued long-term advisor.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that achieve measurable value for clients.
• Shaping innovative and pragmatic solutions to address asset management, infrastructure performance and organisational challenges.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with client and business objectives.
