AMCL UK&I is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to lead growth in transport. You will manage key client relationships with owners, operators and regulators, shaping strategic solutions and driving value across assets.

You will mentor teams, expand client accounts, and collaborate with Turner & Townsend and CBRE to realise cross-selling opportunities. Join a team recognised for asset management leadership and delivered impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the transport sector, gained through infrastructure owners, operators, consultancies or a combination of both.
• Demonstrable experience leading complex consulting engagements, transformation programmes or infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Track record of growing client accounts and securing repeat or expanded commissions.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project performance, revenue and profitability.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading, developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading major client commissions, with accountability for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, commercial performance and profitability.
• Acting as Engagement Director for complex programmes and strategic advisory engagements across the transport sector.
• Building trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership teams, becoming a valued long-term advisor.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that achieve measurable value for clients.
• Shaping innovative and pragmatic solutions to address asset management, infrastructure performance and organisational challenges.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with client and business objectives.
