Role Overview: The role is responsible for leading stages of the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans based on business strategy with a mid-term impact on overall results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify access suppliers/partners at national and regional levels and analyze competition to deliver last mile connectivity.
- Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Explore opportunities to increase business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new technological solutions with partners.
- Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
- Assist sales and cross-functional teams in negotiations for special pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited deliveries to support complex bids and increase success rates.
- Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience required in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
