The role is responsible for leading one or more stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role contributes to defining the operational plans aligned with business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the business unit's overall results.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve delivery efficiency and costs.
• Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
• Provide support to sales and cross-functional teams for negotiations, special pricing requests, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to support complex bids.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers, covering pre-sales feasibility, cost-effectiveness, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Assist in planning and implementing jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
