Job summary
Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer for an Associate Director role on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead and deliver projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and hospitality.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff and support client relationships and business development, with hybrid working available after probation.
Qualifications
- Chartered MIStructE or MICE with UK status.
- 10+ years UK experience, refurbishment/recladding focus.
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.

Our client, a busy multidisciplinary consultancy based in London, is looking to appoint a Chartered Structural Engineer at Associate Director level on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is suited to an experienced engineer with at least 10 years' UK experience, including refurbishment and recladding projects. You will lead and deliver a range of projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and hospitality, while providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and supporting client relationships and business development.
Candidates must be Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) and hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a UK university. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and commercial awareness are essential.
