Responsibilities / Position overview

As part of the RWE team, Lumanity is developing a RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice to address clients' unique challenges with real-world data. This role involves business development, project delivery, mentorship, and strategy support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Delivery: leading workstreams, developing deliverables, coordinating teams, and managing project financials.
  • Business Development: creating marketing materials and engaging with clients and partners.
  • Thought Leadership: developing and promoting industry insights through publications and presentations.

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in life sciences, business, or related fields.
  • Understanding of drug development processes.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • 5+ years in life science or RWE consulting.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of RWE industry trends, especially in Europe and the USA.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enthusiasm, self-drive, and collaboration skills.
  • Ownership of objectives and high-quality work delivery.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Curiosity and ability to handle ambiguity.
