• MRICS (or working towards) with strong post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy.
• Full lifecycle project experience across hospitality and residential sectors.
• Desire for client-facing ownership beyond a title change.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of live instructions from feasibility through final account across hospitality and residential work.
• Influence the practice's next chapter of growth and contribute to senior leadership bench.
