Job Description:

A highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director to join their Leeds-based team. This is a key role managing prime commercial assets for major UK and international investors.

The role:

1. Lead the management of a portfolio of office-led assets for major UK and international clients
2. Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors, property companies, and asset managers
3. Take ownership of lease events, service charge oversight, tenant engagement, and client reporting
4. Work alongside a senior director on a high-profile mandate, while also managing your own client relationships
5. Liaise with in-house facilities, finance, and advisory teams to deliver a joined-up, high-quality service
6. Support the development of junior surveyors and contribute to the overall performance of the team

What you'll bring:

1. MRICS qualified, with strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
2. Proven experience managing office portfolios or mixed commercial property assets
3. Confident in front of clients, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
4. Skilled in service charge management, lease analysis, and tenant negotiations
5. Operating at Associate or Associate Director level, with a team-focused approach
