Job summary

FindCore is assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in recruiting an Associate Director Project Management based in London. The role sits at Senior PM / Associate Director / Project Director level with permanent status and client-facing responsibilities.

You will manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to handover, coordinate diverse teams, monitor budgets and risk, and ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or related discipline preferred.
• Experience delivering construction or property projects in consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.

• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

About the Role

Permanent position. This role will be based in London. There are 3 roles available - Senior PM or Associate Director PM or Project Director.

• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.

• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
• Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available.
