Job summary

FindCore is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in London to lead and deliver complex construction and property schemes from feasibility to handover. You will act as the client-facing lead, coordinating consultants, contractors and design teams to drive programmes and budgets.

Three roles are available: Senior PM, Associate Director PM or Project Director. A relevant degree and strong stakeholder-management skills are essential, with professional-body membership beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or property projects in consultancy or client-side environments.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.
• Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.
• Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
• Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
• Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
