Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (Associate Director) to join our Infrastructure team in the South West region, including Cardiff. You will lead end-to-end controls for large projects, coordinating planning, cost and risk management across a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong communication and governance abilities, with experience in NEC/procurement contexts preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project controls for construction projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and cost management.
• Experience with risk management, change control information management and reporting on complex projects.
• Proficiency with proprietary cost management systems and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex projects.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project controls team in a matrix environment.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control.
• Interface with the client to meet objectives and deliver on time and budget.
