Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project controls for construction delivery.
• Experience in planning & scheduling and cost management.
• Experience with risk management and change control information management and reporting.
• Proficiency with proprietary cost management systems.
• Ability to mentor a team of specialists and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large/mega projects.
• Implement project governance, processes and systems across the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional controls team in a matrix environment.
• Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project outcomes.
• Manage change control processes and project finances.
• Ensure timely and quality information flow to meet client objectives.
• Act as day-to-day interface to ensure client objectives are met.
