Based in the UK, the role focuses on delivering workplace fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, expansions and other capital improvement programmes across the UK and EMEA.

You will own and manage commissions, directing projects from inception to completion for diverse clients.

This UK based global built asset advisorsupporting some of the world’s leading businesses with their real estate portfolios, projects and programmes are currently seeking a Programme Manager at Senior or Associate Director level in London to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of corporate real estate
projects, primarily across the UK and EMEA. The portfolio may include workplace fit-outs, office
relocations, refurbishments, expansions, consolidations, building upgrades and other capital
improvement projects.

You will successfully own and manage a commission, leading and delivering challenging projects and programmes from inception to completion for their diverse client base including the likes of GSK, Investec etc.
