Job summary

M&G is seeking an Associate Director, Process & Platform to lead pricing systems, models and business processes underpinning Corporate Pension Solutions' growth. The role blends actuarial, technology and process expertise to deliver scalable pricing solutions and end-to-end pricing workflows.

You will own and develop tools across pricing, collaborate with Life, Finance and Technology teams, and drive continuous improvement while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic pension solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in DB pricing or Solvency II models and related processes.
• Actuarial qualification and ability to bridge actuarial and IT.
• Experience with pricing platforms and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own tools and model infrastructure across pricing workstreams.
• Design and deliver short, medium and long term pricing strategy for CPS.
• Support outsourcing arrangements for tools and systems.
• Identify and implement day-to-day process automation.
• Partner with CPS Pricing team and broader business to drive improvements.
