Job summary

M&G is seeking an Associate Director, Process & Platform in London/Edinburgh. You will lead pricing systems and models underpinning Corporate Pension Solutions’ growth, combining actuarial and technology expertise to create scalable pricing solutions.

The role requires actuarial qualification, strong programming skills (C#, Python, VBA) and experience in DB pricing, Solvency II, and IFRS 17. Flexible working and supportive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• DB pricing or Solvency II models development experience.
• Actuarial modelling experience and related tools.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 and Solvency UK for life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support tools, systems and model infrastructure across pricing workstreams.
• Assist in designing and delivering short/medium/long term pricing strategy.
• Support outsourcing arrangements for tools and systems.
• Collaborate with CPS Pricing team and broader business to improve processes.
