Job summary

M&G is seeking an Associate Director to lead the development of pricing systems, models and end-to-end pricing processes for Corporate Pension Solutions. The role combines actuarial and technology expertise to enable growth, improve efficiency and scale pricing operations in Life and Pension segments.

Location is London or Edinburgh, with flexible working arrangements and a focus on collaboration across Life, Finance and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of developing DB pricing or Solvency II models, tools and processes.
• Strong actuarial background and professional qualification.
• Familiarity with asset liability management and balance sheet construction.

Responsibilities

• Support and own pricing tooling, model infrastructure and data workflows across CPS pricing workstreams.
• Help design and deliver short-, medium-, and long-term pricing strategies with stakeholders across Life, Finance and Technology.
• Support outsourcing arrangements for tools and systems where required.
• Identify and implement day-to-day process automation within CPS pricing.
• Partner with CPS Pricing and the broader business to drive process improvements and technical capability.
