A leading market research agency is hiring an Associate Director (c£60K) to join its fast-growing oncology healthcare market research team in London, working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of quantitative and/or qualitative research projects across a range of oncology clients and cancer indications, turning complex research into clear, impactful insight.
  • Manage project teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches, supporting business growth across key accounts.
  • Build trusted, long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a market research agency, working on end‑to‑end mixed methodology projects in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
