Job summary

Higher Group is recruiting an Associate Director for ERP Transformation within the Private Equity space. The successful candidate will build and scale a high-end recruitment desk, leveraging existing PE relationships and mandates across mid-market opportunities.

You will drive ERP transformation mandates on a permanent or interim basis, with strong leadership and commercial ambition to reach the top end of the market. An equity opportunity and flexible working are on offer.

Qualifications

• ERP Transformation experience within PE-backed environments.
• Strong recruitment acumen for senior roles with PE connections.

Associate Director | ERP Transformation | Private Equity | Base up to £100k

I'm partnering with a high-growth Private Equity-focused recruitment firm, with deep relationships across c.15 PE funds and an established track record across permanent and interim mandates.

Now they’re looking for an experienced ERP Transformation specialist to help build out a key growth area across the mid-market and PE-backed ecosystem.

This isn’t a cold build. You’ll have existing PE relationships, mandates and senior infrastructure to leverage, whilst having genuine autonomy to put your stamp on the market and scale it.

£2.5k daily margins on Interim mandates

Up to £70k base at Principal

Up to £100k base at Associate Partner

Who you are

Prior PE experience isn’t essential, ambition and commercial drive are. You could be operating across Perm, Interim or a dual desk; what matters is that you’re a strong recruiter who wants to raise your ceiling, work alongside £1m+ producers and build at the highest end of the market.
