Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director to shape its OT & Cybersecurity practice within the Digital & Data business. You will lead delivery for critical national infrastructure and regulated industries, advising senior stakeholders and driving high-quality outcomes.

You will also contribute to practice growth through mentoring, capability development, and strong cross‑functional collaboration while building trusted client relationships across the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong OT experience in critical national infrastructure (rail, water, energy/power, utilities).
• Track record delivering complex OT, cybersecurity or engineering programmes with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong OT security knowledge with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth while building trusted client relationships.
• Experience leading teams, developing people and creating high-performing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex OT and cybersecurity engagements for critical national infrastructure and regulated industry clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth of the practice through team leadership, mentoring and capability development.
• Build strong relationships across Jacobs and client organisations, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Balance technical leadership, people development and client engagement within a collaborative environment.
