• Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio
• Alternatives; our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.
• Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
• Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
• Fund valuation; providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.

This opportunity:

Lambert Smith Hampton is currently looking for an Associate Director or Director to pick-up trading, leisure and hotel valuations in the North West. The team have a broad range of clients, particularly in the space of trading and leisure and a long history of covering valuation services for those clients in North West

This is a great opportunity to work within an established team and to develop your experience in the space of alternative valuations. In particular there is a key opportunity to pickup client relationship and management where applicable and to assist on large asset valuations.
