Job summary

WSP Bristol is seeking a capable Mechanical & Electrical design professional to lead Building Services projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will provide design and technical guidance, supervising detailed work and coordinating with other engineering disciplines to meet client requirements.

You will interpret the client needs, review programmes, and ensure resources are available to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading Building Services projects.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Interpret client needs and deliver design solutions.
• UK regulations knowledge for discipline.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline.
• Supervise detailed designs and guide others in this function.
• Review project programmes and allocate resources to complete works.
• Work under client direction to meet delivery needs.
• Lead feasibility studies and overall direction of project disciplines.
