Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS designation or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Surveying.
• Proficiency with valuation methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with report writing and client liaison.
• Living sector valuations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and advisory work for loan security, accounting and reporting.
• Perform property inspections and assist senior valuers.
• Collaborate with Hyderabad and London teams on valuation process.
• Prepare valuation reports.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Ensure QRM compliance.
• Mentor junior team members.
