Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field required.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent with post-qualified experience.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and advisory work for loan security, accounting, fund reporting, and investment purposes.
• Conduct physical property inspections and assist senior valuers with complex inspections.
• Collaborate with Hyderabad and London teams on valuation process and quality control.
• Manage opportunity records up to execution.
• Perform valuation modelling (including DCF) and assist senior valuers on complex valuations.
• Prepare reports and support client communications.
